Day 2 - September 30th

I forgot to go over day one as I was very busy that day, so we will skip to day 2 and continue from there.


Day 2 - Plyometrics

Plyometrics was a tough workout considering I am an active person and I had already overlooked the video before. Doing various leg routines and cardio was the main goal of today and it sure did have me sweating. Tomorrow entails Back and Biceps so I will post when I finish that work out tomorrow.

Each day I will be adding a theme to the day to help me keep motivated throughout the routine.


Day 2 Theme : Live your life

The main reason I chose this theme for today is because of the way people live today. So many individuals are worried about someone else that they forget about themselves. So live life but, life YOUR life is a key factor to getting YOUR goals.
